Delivery model

Bell Tower Group LLC offers both digital and physical products, so shipping rules depend on the type of item purchased. Digital products are generally delivered electronically and do not require shipping, while physical goods are shipped to customers within the United States under the terms below.

Digital products

Products classified as digital are delivered electronically and are not shipped by postal or courier service. Shopify’s digital-product guidance notes that when a product is set up as a digital product or service, shipping charges do not apply to that item.

Access instructions, download links, account delivery details, or similar fulfillment information are typically provided after successful payment processing. Delivery timing for digital items can vary depending on payment confirmation, fraud review, or product-specific access procedures.

Physical products

For physical merchandise, Bell Tower Group LLC provides free standard shipping to all U.S. states. Shopify shipping-rate settings support free shipping, and Shopify shipping-zone guidance allows merchants to configure domestic U.S. shipping coverage according to the regions they choose to serve.

Orders for physical goods are usually processed within 1-3 business days before they are transferred to the shipping carrier. Processing may take longer during holidays, promotional periods, address verification review, inventory reconciliation, or carrier service disruptions.

U.S. coverage

Free standard shipping applies to shipment destinations in all 50 U.S. states. Shipping availability still depends on the carrier being able to service the destination address, and some remote or special-access locations may experience longer transit times than standard mainland routes.

Mixed orders

If an order includes both digital and physical items, the digital portion of the order may be fulfilled electronically while the physical portion ships separately. This means customers may receive their order in multiple stages depending on the product type and fulfillment method.

Delivery estimates

Transit estimates apply only after a physical order has been packed and accepted by the carrier.
